Grilled Bar-B-Q Glazed Chicken

By Eric Schwausch

Ingredients:

As many chicken breasts as desired.
Miracle Whip (2 tablespoons per breast).
Coarse Black Pepper.
Roasted Garlic Montreal Chicken Seasoning (Grill Mates by McCormick).
Crushed Basil Leaves.
BBQ Sauce of preference (I prefer a brown sugar and spicy honey mix).

Directions:

Coat each breast with Miracle Whip and wipe away excess.
Sprinkle each side fairly with Roasted Garlic Montreal Chicken Seasoning.
Sprinle each side lightly with basil leaves.
Sprinkle each side fairly with coarse black pepper.

Cooking:

Preferred method of cooking is on a charcoal grill with mesquite and/or hickory water soaked wood chips. Sear top of each breast, then flip and cook bottom half way. Coat Chicken breast generously with bar-b-q sauce. Flip, and coat top of chicken breast with bar-b-q sauce. Finish cooking with top side up, basting with bar-b-q sauce as desired.

Take chicken off grill, cover, and let stand 3-5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
